Reviews submitted test orders for appropriateness and completeness and evaluates associated information within the laboratory information management system to ensure accurate and complete data entry. Works closely with Clinical Services Problem Resolution Specialists to resolve tests in question and support timely case resolution. Creates and manages patient test orders, updates current cases, and attaches all relevant supporting documentation to maintain accurate patient records.
