We’re looking for a hands-on, confident Systems Administrator to join our Henderson site and become the face of IT on the ground. This isn’t your typical desk-bound IT role — this is fast-paced, operational, and central to keeping a major manufacturing site running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll provide 1st and 2nd level support across business-critical systems, supporting our Henderson plant and local operations. From the factory floor to leadership teams, you’ll be the trusted IT partner keeping systems available and teams productive.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing Service Desk incidents and requests, ensuring high system availability.
• Providing on-site and phone-based support across hardware, software, and telecoms.
• Supporting manufacturing systems in a live operational environment.
• Working within SCCM for OS builds, and application deployments.
• Testing and implementing system changes with minimal business disruption.
• Supporting after-hours as part of a 1-in-5 on-call roster.

You’ll be involved in everything from setting up laptops and resolving plant-floor issues to hardware audits and infrastructure troubleshooting.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years’ IT support experience, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG
• Confidence working across all levels of the business.
• Resilience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Strong problem-solving ability and initiative
• ITIL knowledge or certification
• M365 administration experience (advantageous)
• A mindset ready to step beyond Tier 1 and take ownership.
