Schedule : M-F 8 : 30AM-5 : 00PM
Visiting Client Territory : Lawrence and surrounding areas

Pay : $33 - $35 / Hourly

You will...

Performs on-site supervisory and teaching visits to evaluate caregivers

Provides clinical orientation to caregivers on assigned home care cases.

Participates in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff.

Performs initial nursing assessments

Counsels patient / caregiver in meeting nursing and related needs.

Assigns and coordinates services provided.

Assists physician in developing a plan of treatment / care and makes necessary revisions based upon patient’s condition / needs.

Prepares clinical progress notes ensuring any changes in the patient’s condition is reported

Monitors clinical records for complete and accurate documentation.
