Our case types include race, sex, age, and disability discrimination; sexual harassment; whistleblower retaliation; FMLA interference; workers compensation retaliation; and pregnancy discrimination.

The Mission

Drive maximum financial recovery for employees who have experienced workplace discrimination or retaliation.

What Youll Accomplish

We hire people to deliver results, not to go through the motions. Heres what success looks like in your first 1218 months :

  • Case Value : Achieve median settlement values at or above firm benchmarks for your case types (well share how we set targets during interviewstheyre aggressive)
  • Courtroom Performance : Execute depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials that advance case value.
  • Client Experience : Maintain outstanding client feedback through consistent communication and transparency. We survey clients for their feedback regularly.
  • Delegation Effectiveness : Your job is fresh analysis, strategy, and advocacy. We expect youll delegate the rest to your paralegal or case manager.
  • Process Adherence : Our proprietary, technology-backed, system for case advancement is at the heart of our practice. Its what allows us to achieve truly fantastic client results for clients. Well train you how to use it and ask for your help to improve it.

  • Requirements

    Non-Negotiables :

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice in Minnesota (or currently eligible for admission)
  • 4+ years litigation experience
  • What Actually Matters : Your overall litigation sense matters more than employment law experiencewe can teach the subject matter. What we cant teach :

    Reports to : Managing Attorney

    Your Team : Youll lead a team that includes paralegal and case manager support. They handle execution; you drive strategy.

    Tools : Microsoft 365 and HubSpot are our primary platforms. We develop custom AI tools for drafting and case analysis that you wont find anywhere else

    Location : HybridMinneapolis or remote with periodic in-person collaboration
