Overview

As a Cloud Solutions Architect , you will work within our growing DevSecOps practice delivering features to support cloud migration, cloud optimization and cloud deployment. We are looking for candidates with 8-10 years experience with cloud platform services and DevOps practices such as infrastructure as code and confirmation management automation.

Contributions

Responsibilities include :

• Identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions for the customer
• Design cloud environmentsand demonstrate technical cloud architectural knowledge, playing a vital role in the design of production, staging, QA, and development of cloud infrastructures running in 24×7 environments
• Implement and oversee cloud strategies includemigrations andoptimization
• Establishingdevelopment tools and infrastructure for automation
• Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers
• Automate and improve development, testing, deployment,and release processes
• Testing and examining code written by others and analyzing results
• Perform root cause analysis on complex business processes and technical components.
• Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
• Identifying technical problems, performing root cause analysis, and developing software updates and 'fixes'
• Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
• Supportenterprise Cloud applications or infrastructure throughinfrastructure as code including any activities around automated server or network configurations, large-scale software deployments, and monitoring and testing, such as CI / CD
• Document as-is state of the environment, perform a gap analysis, and produce artifacts that articulate options and recommendations
• Leverage virtualization and containerization to optimize and modernize software systems
• Act as an individual contributor and mentor more junior team members
• Engineer and implement solutions and provide recommendations for continuous improvement for the services provided
• Present regular status updates and provide cross training to other team members.

The projected compensation range for this position is $130,000 to $190,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
