Job descriptionMinimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 4 years in cloud architecture roles. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field. Masters’ degree a plus. A combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree. Strong hands-on experience with Azure, including migrating workloads to Azure. Experience with AWS services and migration strategies. Expertise in systems administration, including managing virtualized environments, storage, and networks. Certifications : Azure Solutions Architect Expert and AWS Certified Solutions Architect (preferred). Deep knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure, services, and security. Strong familiarity with AWS cloud services and hybrid cloud environments. Proven ability to lead cloud migration projects and optimize cloud solutions. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring technical teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access filing cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. Walk short distances. Reach above and / or below shoulder. Handle / grasp documents or office equipment. Sit and / or stand for short or extended periods of time. Lift / carry / move objects, files, and documents up to 50 pounds. Work in an office environment using standard office equipment. Talk, listen, and speak clearly on telephone. Job Summary
The Cloud Architect will lead the design, migration, and implementation of cloud solutions with a primary focus on migrating workloads from on premises data centers and AWS into Azure.
Responsibilities

- Security & Compliance : Ensure all cloud deployments adhere to security standards, implement robust measures like encryption and identity management, and conduct regular risk assessments.
- Operational Excellence : Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, ensure high availability, manage automation and patching, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
