What Youll Do
Be the friendly knowledgeable voice that customers can trust through phone email and chat
Provide personalized support and solutions that meet each customers unique needs
Educate clients on products and services while identifying opportunities for upselling based on value
Troubleshoot issues with patience empathy and a solutionsfirst mindset
Follow up with leads and maintain longterm customer relationships
Collaborate with team members to improve service strategies and share client insights
