Job Summary :
The Cloud Solutions Architect plays a pivotal role in guiding the agency through the complex process of migrating existing applications and infrastructure to a cloud-based platform. In collaboration with project managers, business analysts, stakeholders, and developers, this role researches, designs, implements, and manages cloud migration projects and oversees the planning, execution, and post-migration activities.
Supervision :
This position does not have direct reports.

Job Requirements :
Education & Experience
- Any combination that meets the knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA); typical ways KSAs are obtained may include but are not limited to : a relevant degree from an accredited college or university such as Bachelor’s Degree (e.g., B.A.), training, coursework, and work experience relevant to the assignment.
- Minimum of nine (9) years experience with AWS Infrastructure services (architecture / administration / operations)
- Minimum of eight (8) years of IT implementation experience
- Minimum five (5) years of cloud solutions experience, including architecting, developing, and deploying applications and platforms to the public cloud
