Job Overview :

Under close supervision, the Operator will perform a variety of assembly and non-assembly tasks to meet manufacturing goals. This role involves operating equipment, conducting quality checks, and assisting with production processes while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Essential Functions :

• Operate equipment used in product manufacturing.
• Inspect products to ensure compliance with departmental procedures.
• Identify and report product or equipment issues during the manufacturing process.
• Assist with setup and cleanup of manufacturing equipment as needed.
• Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
• Support Lean Initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Follow all business policies and safety protocols.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
