As a Full-Time CNA at Grace Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), monitoring and recording vital signs, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring proper feeding and nutrition for our residents.
