Job Title : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

As a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional, individualized patient care alongside our dynamic nursing team. Your proactive approach and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care are vital to the success and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities :

• Patient Care & Service : Assist residents with daily activities as outlined in their personalized care plans, provide transportation to and from activities, engage in leisure activities, conduct evaluations and reporting, and offer emotional support to residents and their families.
• Safety : Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents.
• Communication & Documentation : Support families by guiding them to appropriate professionals, respond promptly to resident requests, and assist in report-giving and receiving among team members.

Physical Requirements :

This position involves medium work, requiring the ability to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, as well as greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Frequent walking, standing, or squatting is required.

Competitive Pay Range : $19.90 - $21.10

Please note that this salary range represents good faith estimates for full-time positions, which may adjust in the future depending on factors such as experience, relevant qualifications, and internal equity.
