What Youll Do :

• Provide HandsOn Care : Assist up to 4 individuals with daily activities like personal care meal prep and transportation all while fostering independence.
• Provide Health Care : Utilize your skills to monitor overall health transfers and assistance with developing implementing and evaluating individual medical care and programming.
• Create a Safe & Welcoming Environment : Maintain a clean safe space that ensures comfort and support while helping individuals reach their personal goals.
• Mentor & Guide : Provide supervision positive reinforcement and guidance to help individuals achieve their aspirations.
