CNC Operator
Trillium Staffing has a 2nd shift CNC Operator position available in the Dexter, Michigan area.
Possible contract to hire opportunity with a pay rate of $18.00 an hour depending on experience plus a $2.00 an hour shift premium. Seeking candidates who are quality conscious and mechanically inclined. Must be willing to work in a team atmosphere and have a good attendance record. Looking for people with the ability to work on their own and take initiative to complete required tasks in a timely and organized manner. Also, good communication skills and a positive attitude are important.
Hours will be 4 : 30 p.m. to 2 : 30 a.m., M-F. Candidates should be available to work overtime as needed. There may be possible training scheduled on 1st shift.
Duties for the CNC Operator :
- Produce quality parts and maintain production levels
- Basic cleaning, oiling and general maintenance of CNC machines and inspection boxes
- Continuously stock machines with production materials as required
- Change tools, drills and inserts in machine as needed
- Complete other duties as assigned
