Description Are you a CNC Operator that is looking to join one of the top companies within semiconductor manufacturing industry? Are you looking to further your career and grow? Do you have experience with assembly and troubleshooting electronic devices? If you answered yes to those three questions, then apply today! Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our customer in Fremont, CA. We are looking for a CNC Operator to use Large Vertical Machining Center's (CNC) safely and accurately to perform a variety of functions. An acute eye for detail and great mechanical aptitude are essential.Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned.
- Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as milling, drilling, and tapping etc.
- Understand specifications of the specific part and the desired result by reading blueprints, travelers, and mechanical drawings etc.
- Prepare and load raw materials into the machines as some materials are bulky and require extreme caution when handling.
- Prepare and machine first part to verify tools and offsets to produce all features according to specifications.
- Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce consistent results.
- Inspect and measure where applicable finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed accurately.
- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
- The candidate must be responsible and comply with all safety guidelines.
Here's what you'll get : Starting Pay Rate : $26.00 - $35.00 / hr DOE + 10% shift differentialDuration : Temp-Hire based on business needs and performance Shift : Monday through Friday, (2nd shift, 2pm - 10 : 30pm) Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications :
