Job Title : CNC Service Engineer
Hours : Full Time, Core Business Hours

Travel Requirement : 50% or more
Job Overview : The Service Engineer is responsible for providing on-site and remote support to customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machine tools. The role requires technical expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining various machine controls and a strong focus on customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on CNC machine tools.
- Create and update technical documentation.
- Generate reports related to service activities.
- Collaborate with customers' service engineers, offering assistance and training on newer product lines.
- Build and maintain strong communication and customer service relationships.
- Manage challenging customer situations with professionalism and respond promptly to their needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Work Environment : The role involves exposure to manufacturing environments, with potential hazards such as noise, electricity, chemicals, and heavy machinery. Some work will be performed in a general office setting.
