What you'll do

You'll assist in the operational oversight of the culinary department and your team as they prepare outstanding food in accordance with planned menus, following quality standards and sanitary regulations. We'll count on you to plan, develop, and direct the entire dining experience while ensuring that all resident dietary needs are being met. You will also plan catering and special events, and coordinate services and activities with other departments.
