As an LPN on our team, you will assist fellow caregivers in providing exceptional, top-quality care to a diverse patient population. In this role, you can make a lasting difference in the lives of patients, all while enhancing your nursing skills through hands-on experience and numerous educational resources offered within the Cleveland Clinic system.

A caregiver in this role works days from 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.

A caregiver who excels in this role will :

• Provide professional nursing care to patients.
• Administer medication.
• Maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date documentation in medical records and files.
• Complete authorization forms and laboratory requisitions.
• Implement pain management assessments and documentation.
• Adhere to the National Patient Safety Goals as outlined by JCAHO.
• Follow Code Blue protocol.
