Job Title : Fitness Coach
Overview : As an OTF Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering scientifically pre-designed workouts for up to 36 members per session. An OTF Coach must focus on a well rounded theory of fitness, including endurance, strength, and power, using the tools given to optimize the clients experience and results. The coach position consists of 80% coaching and 20% administrative duties.

First and foremost, an OTF Coach is responsible for practicing and upholding OTF Core Values and Culture.

Performance appraisal : 30 Day, 60 Day, 90 Day, and then Quarterly
Compensation : Tiered pay for coaching classes ranging from $15 / class to $65 / class based on the number of members in class. Hourly pay for administrative duties starting at $12 / hour.
