We are hiring an energetic and fun-loving Youth Soccer Coach who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, nanny, youth leader, or camp leader), and genuinely enjoys children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. Our coaches...

• can work up to 20 hours a week and can earn very competitive pay ranging from $15 per hour up to $25 per hour
• lead engaging, high-energy sessions for toddlers and their parents or caregivers
• create a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all participants
• demonstrate basic soccer skills in a playful and age-appropriate manner
• provide guidance and encouragement to parents on how to support their child's learning
• set up and take down equipment before and after sessions
• communicate with parents and caregivers in a friendly and professional way
• ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times
• maintain a fun and patient attitude while working with young children

Requirements

Age Requirements : Must be at least 18 years old

Educational Requirements : High school diploma with some college (preferred)

Transportation : You must hold a valid driver's license , and reliable transportation as you could find yourself working at multiple locations in a day.

Schedule : The ideal candidate would be available most Monday-Saturday mornings and / or afternoons .

Location : Classes are held at schools, daycares, pre-schools, parks, and recreational centers across Dallas County . Depending on the location of the coach's primary residence they may be required to travel up to an hour to get to a class location .
