Job Title : Goalkeeper Coach

Department : Technical Staff

Reports To : Head Coach

Location : Washington, D.C.

Job Summary :

The Goalkeeper Coach will be responsible for the development and performance of all goalkeepers within the USL team. This role involves planning, organizing, delivering, and reviewing goalkeeper training sessions in line with the club's philosophy and coaching program. The coach will work closely with the Head Coach and other technical staff to ensure goalkeepers are fully integrated into the team's style of play and overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

Training and Development :

• Plan, organize, and deliver goalkeeper training sessions that align with the club's philosophy and modern trends in the game.
• Develop and implement individual goalkeeper development plans.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and provide feedback to goalkeepers.
• Integrate goalkeepers into team training sessions to ensure they are well-coordinated with field players.
