Responsibilities and Key AccountabilitiesTechnical Expertise and Thought Leadership : Detail orientated with significant consulting experience and proven network. Strong self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset and motivated. Practical consulting experience - including scoping, selling, and delivery. Experience in mining sector (surface / underground) is a must. Critical thinking, analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills including ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, produce concise reports and presentations appropriate for all levels (from project management to C-level). Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment. Desire to expand role and be adaptable to client's needs. Assists, and later, leads the preparation of proposals, execution plans and budgets. Supports a continuous improvement culture and identifies gaps, develops work processes, tools, and methodologies to drive productivity and growth. Manages one or more client relationships.
