Sr. Profisee MDM Engineer with C#.net exp.

Location : Dallas TX Remote

Profisee MDM Engineer JD :

Qualifications :

1. Should have 12+ years of IT experience and 6+ years of experience in MDM architecture, design, development and support with leading MDM tools

2. Extensive MDM experience in Profisee MDM Tool & C# .net background

3. Should have 6+ years of experience in ETL development, support and operations with emphasis on Data quality

4. Should have in depth knowledge on Bill Inmon and Ralph Kimball methodologies to design data warehouses

5. Should have in depth understanding on Data Warehousing, Data Analysis, Data Profiling, Data Cataloging, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, Data Lineage, Data Dictionary, Data Mapping, Data Policy and Data Governance

6. Should have thorough understanding of Master Data hierarchy and implemented multi-Domain MDM for Fortune 100 organizations

7. Should have done extensive Data Cataloguing using Purview Tool

8. Comprehensive knowledge and experience in process improvement, normalization / de-normalization, data extraction, data cleansing and data manipulation

9. Should have participated in MDM workshops with business and technology stakeholders

10. Should have written complex SQL queries for data analysis and profiling

11. Should have cross global location experience and been part of a team of atleast 10+ members in a global delivery model

12. Should have experience in gathering business requirements by collaborating with business users, stakeholders and SMEs

13. Should have experience in working with product managers, project managers, business users, applications development teams, DBA teams and Data Governance team on a daily basis to analyze requirements, design, development and deployment technical solutions

14. Should have excellent communication and leadership skills

15. Able to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities :

1. Participate in JAD, workshops and / or business requirements sessions to understand, identify and detail MDM requirements and key criteria

2. Work with stakeholders in gathering the Match & Merge rules, develop & configure trust matrix, match path, match columns, match rules (Exact and Fuzzy) and data stewardship workflows

3. Find gaps and data anomalies and review the same with stakeholders for approval and identify next steps

4. Develop and execute data profiling, data quality analysis and capture results for requirement / user story sessions recommendations and plan, Data Model, Data Dictionary and Current to Future State Data Map

5. Design, develop and implement architecture for MDM as enterprise solution

6. Perform Data Cataloguing and analysis using Purview

7. Propose and institutionalize principles of MDM data model lifecycle management that will ensure best standards for data quality management

8. Engineer efforts of data quality completeness initiative

9. Provide design expertise in the development of the data deliverables, including the Data Stewardship Framework, Data Cleansing recommendations including standardization and plan, Data Model, Data Dictionary and Current to Future State Data Map.

10. Participate in roadmap planning, recommending technologies and solutions

11. Participate and drive requirements and architecture discussions with cross-functional stakeholders

12. Assist in system analysis, design, development and testing patch releases and system upgrades

13. Participate in daily scrum meeting and actively participate in the Jira Teams Plan, issue reporting and assignment, Track, Report, and manage work for the MDM development

14. Ensure program’s alignment to Enterprise data standards Quality, Metadata, Linkage, Reference data, Provisioning strategy etc.
