Job Description :
Industrial Talent Group is seeking an experienced 5-axis CNC Programmer to join our team. This role involves programming and operating 5-axis CNC machines to produce high-precision parts according to engineering blueprints and specifications.
Responsibilities :
- Program and operate 5-axis CNC machines (e.g., Haas, DMG Mori, or similar)
- Utilize HyperMill or similar software to create efficient machining programs
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files for accurate machining
- Set up machines, optimize cutting paths, and adjust parameters for precision
- Troubleshoot machine issues and ensure optimal performance
- Monitor machining processes, maintain tight tolerances, and ensure quality standards ( Aerospace experience is a big plus! )
- Perform routine maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
- Collaborate with engineers and quality control teams to optimize production
- Maintain accurate records for compliance with company and industry standards
- Leadership opportunities available for interested candidates (big plus!)
