Summary:
- We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to develop and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam.
- This role also involves machine setup, operation, and supporting production through precision programming and efficient tooling solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and modify CNC programs using Mastercam for mills and routers Setup and operate CNC machines, adjusting settings as needed Convert CAD/CAM toolpaths into machine-ready code using post processors Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Design and machine custom fixtures and tooling Edit and fine-tune G-code for improved performance Reverse engineer parts to create accurate CNC programs Assist with machine maintenance and basic repairs Create production-ready PDFs and setup documentation Train team members on equipment and procedures Maintain quality control records and setup sheets Continuously improve run times, material usage, and scrap reduction Requirements: Proven experience with CNC CAD/CAM programming (Mastercam preferred) Strong understanding of machine operations, tooling, and setups Familiarity with G-code editing and precision measuring tools Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specs Solid math skills, including geometry and basic algebra Benefits: This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package including: Health insurance Paid vacation Sick time Holiday pay Join us and be part of a team that values hard work, innovation, and collaboration.
