Job Title : Audio / Visual (A / V) Programmer
Location : Tampa, FL

Description :
As an A / V Programmer supporting government operations, you will play a critical role in delivering reliable, secure, and high-performance audiovisual systems tailored to mission requirements. This position is responsible for programming and configuring A / V control systems to support classified and unclassified environments, ensuring seamless integration with IT and communications infrastructure. You will collaborate with system engineers, integrators, and end users to implement technology solutions that meet rigorous performance, security, and operational standards. Your work directly impacts the effectiveness and readiness of key operational environments.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to :
- Develop, program, and support control systems for audiovisual environments using platforms such as Crestron, AMX, or Extron.
- Implement user interface designs and automation logic to streamline system usability and performance.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure operational reliability and compliance with technical requirements.
- Integrate A / V components with IT infrastructure, video conferencing platforms, and other enterprise systems.
- Support the installation and commissioning of A / V systems in secure and mission-critical facilities.
- Maintain detailed documentation, including programming code, configuration files, and user manuals.
- Remain current with A / V technology advancements, control system updates, and industry best practices to support continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline. Years of experience and certifications in lieu of degree.
