OOLA Capitol Hill is seeking a Lead Craft Cocktail Bartender for 4 days a week. In addition to bartending, responsibilities include bar prep, weekly ordering and creating new cocktails in collaboration with OOLA's master distiller. We are a boutique cocktail bar and casual fine dining restaurant, and this position is the main face of our restaurant.

OOLA Capitol Hill opened in August 2023 and is the guest facing part of OOLA Distillery, Seattle's oldest craft distillery. We are a boutique cocktail bar and casual fine dining restaurant. Our space is cozy space with 33 seats, including 10 at the bar and a deck that opens to a private courtyard in the summer, doubling our capacity!

Our concept is PNW casual fine dining with shared plates, driven by the seasons and paired with cocktails showcasing OOLA spirits. Our guiding principle is to provide "hospitalitarian" care and to merge the trifecta of excellent food, drinks and service to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Two years craft cocktail bartending experience
• One year ordering experience. Happy to train the right person.
• One year experience crafting new cocktails
• An upbeat and positive attitude
• Able to work in a slow and fast-paced environment
• Accountable and reliable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
