The Coding Educator 2 identifies opportunities for the North East region to improve provider documentation and creates an education plan tailored to each assigned provider.
The Coding Educator 2 for the North East region reviews medical records and arranges educational sessions with providers aimed at quality of care and documentation improvements.
- Virtual and in office 25% educating providers and office staff in NJ, DC, DE and MD, 75% work at home
- Performs information sharing, collaboration and influences external provider group leadership and external provider staff
- Collaborates with other departments such as Stars, Quality and Provider Engagement
- Evaluates the office processes to provide solutions
- Makes decisions on moderately complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed with minimal supervision

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
