Role Overview

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager - Marketplace Shop to lead the consumer and partner experience for ID.me's Marketplace products. Our mission-driven team is dedicated to supporting individuals who serve our communities, including Veterans, Teachers, First Responders, and Nurses. If you're passionate about leading a rapidly growing, purpose-driven consumer marketplace, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution, driving initiatives from start to finish
• Deeply understand and empathize with user needs to create impactful solutions
• Tackle complex problems with first-principles thinking
• Define and communicate ID.me Marketplace’s product vision and strategic direction
• Set clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
• Write clear, detailed product requirements and documentation
• Use data and insights to prioritize features effectively
• Develop cross-functional program plans that address interdependencies across teams
• Conduct market research to explore opportunities in new markets and verticals
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive the commercial success of our products

$175,000 - $234,000 USD

Mountain View, CA Pay Range

$202,000 - $250,000 USD
