We're seeking a motivated, high-energy, and experienced Collection Analyst to join our virtual Controller Shared Services (CSS) team. In this role, you'll support the Accounts Receivable Organization (ARO) in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience. While our primary hiring focus is in Arizona, Tennessee, Alabama, and Virginia, we are open to considering candidates from other locations based on qualifications and fit for the role.

THE MISSION

The Controller Shared Service mission is to provide a smarter frontline experience that embodies the core values of Leidos.

Your Role, Your Impact :

Work with Accounts Receivable teams and front-line operations to ensure customer cash is collected to meet financial goals and operational objectives.

Contact customers to collect overdue payments via phone, email, and written communication.

Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and account statuses.

Reconciliations and reporting

Other tasks and projects as deemed required by management

Minimum Required Qualifications :

A degree or 5+ years of financial services related work experience.

Proficiency in office software

Excellent communication and customer service skills with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications :

Familiar with Accounts Receivable / Collections policies and procedures

Ability to independently prioritize and complete multiple tasks with little to no supervision.

Costpoint or Government Contracting Industry experience is a plus

Salary Range : The anticipated salary range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000, determined by your experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and location. We're committed to providing competitive pay that reflects the value you bring to our team.

Pay Range :

Pay Range $39,000.00 - $70,500.00
