A company is looking for a Billing & Collection Specialist (Remote). Key Responsibilities Accurately generate and process invoices manually and through system tools Collaborate with clients to resolve billing issues and respond to inquiries Review accounts for delinquencies and initiate appropriate collection actions Required Qualifications Proven ability to work effectively in a remote work setting At least 2 years of billing, collections, and / or accounts receivable experience High school diploma or equivalent; accounting certification or degree a plus Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) Ability to learn new systems quickly; exposure to Workday or similar a plus
