With a commitment to customer satisfaction, we serve the 48 contiguous states and multiple international locations. Our company operates its own assets while also offering 3PL services to meet a wide range of customer needs.
Job Description :
As a Sales Representative covering the Phoenix territory, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our domestic freight services, including asset-based solutions, warehousing, and 3PL services. You will be tasked with building strong relationships with shippers, manufacturers, and other key decision-makers to identify and fulfill their transportation needs. This position offers a competitive base salary and an uncapped commission structure, providing significant earning potential for top performers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target new business within the Phoenix territory.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Identify customer needs and offer customized freight, logistics, and warehousing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective prospecting, lead generation, and closing.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to the operations team.
