Job Title : Accounts Receivable Representative / B2B Collections

Job Description

Account reconciliation within those portfolio accounts

Dispute resolutions and figure out plans to allow payments.

Tracking customer job balances and payments to establish lien rights

Reviewing accounts for releasing lien rights

Assisting with payment application as needed

Making outbound and answering inbound calls to / from customers

Performing other duties, tasks and / or projects as assigned

Hard Skills

• Experience handling any kinds of collections (B2B or B2C)
• Managing calls and not afraid to make outbound calls

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Tempe, Arizona. Hybrid work schedule offered once converted to a permanent employee.
