Enterprise Collections Agent
Copay is currently looking to hire an Enterprise Collections Agent within our Payments division. This position falls under our NAF line of business and is located in Houston, TX. In this role, you will manage high-value, complex receivables within the Enterprise payments portfolio, engaging in proactive outreach and strategic resolution planning to mitigate risk, improve recovery performance, and strengthen enterprise customer relationships. You will report directly to Collection Senior Manager and regularly collaborate with Client Success, Credit / Risk, Vendor Management, and Legal teams.
As an Enterprise Collections Agent, you will be expected to work in an office environment. Copay will set you up for success by providing :
- Assigned workspace in Houston, TX office
