Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a surgeon who brings both technical skill and a people-first mindset:
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and confidently builds new relationships by proactively engaging with prospective referral Doctors
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Eligible for licensure in Ohio
A clear communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
Someone who values patient relationships and contributes positively to practice culture
