A company is looking for a Managing Editor for Book Publishing.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain editorial schedules and project timelinesCoordinate production stages and ensure projects meet deadlines and budgetsProvide editorial direction and manage freelance editorial staffRequired QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in print publishing with a focus on editing and productionProven experience managing book projects from inception to completionAbility to work across departments and manage multiple projects in a remote environmentFamiliarity with project management tools such as Airtable, Asana, Trello, or NotionProficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
