Our organization is looking for an energetic individual to join the team in a Technical Services role. This individual will be a critical addition to the team and will partner closely with customers, providing technical assistance to the internal Paperboard segment. This is a highly visible position and developing strategic partnerships with our customer base, as well as production facilities is a must. This individual will use exceptional communication skills to gather information from clients, and the market, and provide insight to the organization allowing our company to deliver improved value to the customer.
This role can require significant travel, including some potential international travel, which may include weekends. On average total travel will land around 50-60%.
What you'll be doing :
Utilize a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of food service industry.
Provide on-site and remote customer services including commercial startups, troubleshooting, training, and account maintenance visits
Provide accurate and timely service, audit, quality, and technical consultation.
Drive company value added service model to our Commercial Print customers.
Assist sales force by making proactive calls and delivering value propositions.
Provide support and assistance for engineering / design improvements and changes.
Support innovation projects including trial coverage at the mill and / or customer’s sites.
Assist in process improvement projects both internal and external.
Execute all expected reporting and communications as assigned.
