CORPORATE CLEANING GROUP WANTS YOU TO JOIN OUR TEAM!

We are a commercial cleaning company seeking a Cleaning Supervisor for a school in Ann Arbor

Shift is : Monday-Friday 4 : 00 pm-10 : 00 pm (30 hours per week)

Pay $17 - $18 an hour

Cleaning Supervisor Duties Include :

Communicate with customers on any special cleaning needs or issues
Insuring all procedures and policies are followed by cleaning staff
Train and retrain staff on cleaning
Responsible for making sure the staff is working effectively and efficiently
Responsible to make sure the staff is following job cards
Set agenda for the week on any special needs or focus
Perform inspections and do follow-up inspections
Responsible for making sure the staff is working within budgeted hours
Communicating all matters to their manager and some matters via communication log
Working side by side with cleaners
Making sure all lights are off and the facility is locked and secure
Filling in and completing a cleaning shift
Assisting with detail cleaning as time allows
Insuring all supplies and equipment are well organized
Responsible for nurturing positive attitude amongst the staff

Cleaning Supervisor Qualifications :

Team Supervision experience is a must.

Communication skills

Commercial cleaning experience is preferable.

Excellent work ethic and customer service.

Superior attendance and reliable transportation.

Ability to lift / move garbage bags and recycling boxes and push / roll recycling bins.

Ability to walk, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods of time.

Ability to follow written and / or oral instructions.
