Position Overview :

The primary function of the Commercial Route Supervisor is to manage a set route, delivering pest control and inspection services to commercial clients while upholding established standards for quality and responsiveness. The Route Supervisor builds effective relationships with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, recommend solutions, and address diverse pest management challenges. This role reports directly to the Branch Manager, collaborating seamlessly with Operations Managers, Sales Representatives, and fellow Route Supervisors to enhance client satisfaction and streamline business operations.

Job Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED, plus relevant experience as outlined above. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can convey complex concepts effectively while influencing decision-making with stakeholders.
