Position Ov erview

We areseekinga highly organized and motivated CommercialParalegalto join our this role you will work with our global sales anddistributionsteams as well as global functions including Supply Chain Quality & Compliance IT Finance Marketing and the People team. You will support a wide range of commercial matters.

What Youll Do

• Review redline and negotiate commercial agreements to support outbound sales and inbound purchasing engagements.
• Assistbusiness teams in drafting and preparing operational documents that are ancillary to definitive agreements (e.g. policies and guidelines).
• Serve as theprimarycontact for NDAs amendments and SOWsacross business functions.
• Summarize agreements for business stakeholders and the Legal team.
• Develop contracting standards and templates to support processes.
• Corporate record management and entity maintenance.
• Collaborate with Contracts Management to organize and manage contracts.
• Support the creation and maintenance of company policies.
• Design and deliverbasiclegaltraining to business teams.
• Serve as a liaison between attorneys and internal clients performing assigned legal support functions under the supervision of attorneys.
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by attorneys.

Who You Are

Excellent verbal and written communicatordemonstratingthe interpersonal skills required to effectivelyinterface withkey stakeholders team members business leaders and employees at all levels within the company.

Advancedcontract drafting redlining reading and writing skills.

Demonstrate soundjudgmentinitiativeandeffectiveproblem-solving skills.

Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environmentsoperatingwith urgency.

Interestin corporate governance immigration and real estate matters.

Familiarity with indirect procurement and supply chain.

Skilledin developing scalable processes tooptimizeworkflows.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Bachelorsdegreerequired.

5-10 years as a paralegal at a recognized law firm and / or an in-house legal department.

5 years of experience in commercial transactions.

Advancedproficiencywith Office 365 including Word Excel PowerPoint Teams and SharePoint.

Prefer experience with consumer goods and / or retail companies.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location job-related knowledge skills qualifications and experience.
