Job descriptionQuarterly commissions tied to loan production and fee income Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM5 : 00 PM Occasional local travel for client and community meetings Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Short-term disability 401k plans Weekly pay is available every Friday Employee discount programs Originate new commercial loans and deposit relationships within the local market Proactively prospect and develop new business opportunities Manage and grow an assigned commercial loan portfolio Identify fee-based income and secondary market opportunities Serve as the primary relationship manager for commercial clients Conduct ongoing portfolio reviews to ensure credit quality and profitability Prepare credit memos and loan presentations in accordance with policy Ensure compliance with underwriting, documentation, and regulatory standards Represent the bank at community and business networking events Collaborate with branch leadership and internal partners to support growth 5+ years of lending or financial sales experience (commercial preferred) Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred Strong understanding of commercial credit, loan structures, and documentation Demonstrated success in relationship-based business development Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable using CRM systems, financial software, and Microsoft Office Professional, ethical, and discreet in handling confidential information Self-driven with interest in long-term leadership opportunities Authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Schedule
- Base Salary : $70,000$90,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Incentives :
Annual performance bonus up to 40% of base salary
