Commercial Leasing ManagerLocation : Orange County, CA (Onsite)Travel : 25%-50%Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 : 30 PM (Some weekends / holidays as needed)-(80K - 105K) -About the Role : We're looking for a Commercial -Leasing Manager to lead site selection, lease negotiations, and portfolio management for a growing, well-established company in the commercial real estate sector. This role is perfect for a strategic negotiator with a keen eye for market trends, financials, and maximizing leasing value.What You'll Do :

• Research and secure new leasing opportunities.
• Negotiate lease terms to get the best value.
• Handle lease documents, payments, and compliance.
• Manage subleasing to maximize property use.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and partners.
• Analyze market trends to stay competitive.
• Ensure leases meet financial and legal requirements.
• Support and mentor the leasing team.What You Need to Succeed :
• 6+ years in commercial leasing, real estate, or property management.
• Strong experience in lease negotiations, financial analysis, and budgeting.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of lease laws, FMV assessments, and risk management.
• Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, CRM systems).
