With over two decades of experience in the maintenance and construction industries, we are seeking to welcome an Commercial HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team.

Scope of Work :

In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVACR systems in a Commercial / Facility Setting in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications.

Job Responsibilities :

• Install, maintain, and repair HVACR systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVACR systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements of parts
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections of HVACR systems to ensure they operate at peak efficiency
• Test HVACR systems for proper functioning and perform necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance
• Respond to calls promptly and professionally, addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in all HVACR work, including handling refrigerants and other hazardous materials
• Document all work performed, including parts used, repairs completed, and maintenance tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping
• Provide recommendations to clients regarding HVACR system upgrades, replacements, or enhancements to improve efficiency and performance
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget

Preferred Qualifications :

Second Shift : 2 : 00pm - 10 : 30pm. Days off to be Determined

Compensation : $45.00+ per hour (Based on Experienced), medical, vision, dental, life insurance, 401k
