PrideStaff is partnering with our client to find an experienced and passionate Commercial Construction Project Manager. Seeking candidates with a high level of emotional intelligence, engaging personality and the ability to provide excellence in service to both the team and external clients.

Our chosen Commercial Construction Project Manager will oversee large-scale commercial construction projects with budgets exceeding $3M. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management and possess in-depth knowledge of AIA Contract Documents, pay allocations, and related industry standards.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role will include :

Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Direct and mentor project teams, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal staff, to achieve project goals.

Develop and maintain project budgets, monitor costs, and manage pay allocations to ensure financial performance aligns with company objectives.

Utilize and manage AIA Contract Documents to ensure all contractual obligations are met and risks are mitigated.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure that all construction activities meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with applicable regulations and codes.

Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the project's success.

Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.

Qualifications will include :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a proven track record of managing projects $1M+.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

Extensive knowledge of AIA Contract Documents, pay allocations, construction methods, and industry best practices.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

PMP, CCM, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
