Job Description

Manage, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from development to completion.
Ensure projects meet operational, quality, and customer service requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Coordinate with various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Provide project updates and reports to stakeholders.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Commercial Project Manager' should have :

An educational background in Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
An ability to multitask and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
Thorough knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
