Are you looking for a career where you can make a meaningful difference in peoples lives Client is seeking a Senior Property Claims Adjuster to join our field claims team. In this role youll provide a consistent and satisfying claims experience by effectively investigating evaluating negotiating and settling property claims. Youll also leverage cuttingedge technologies including drones and virtual claimhandling software to guide clients through the claims process safely and efficiently.

This role allows for remote work within the assigned territory which includes Fargo ND and Northwestern Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate claims by determining applicable policy coverage and evaluating damages.
• Initiate contact with insureds claimants and other relevant parties to gather information record statements and explain the claims process.
• Perform physical and / or virtual property inspections evaluate damages and prepare written estimates in line with policy provisions and liability.
• Utilize innovative technologies such as drones and virtual tools for inspections.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Qualifications NonNegotiable Requirements :

Field property adjusting experience with an insurance carrier (independent adjusters are not eligible).

Excellent customer service abilities.
