As a Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, maintain tenant relations, maintenance requests, scheduling, input bills, and owner account balances, and ensure the properties are operating at peak efficiency. Compensation :
40,000 - $58,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Collects rent, pays bills, schedules and keeps track of expenditures to help ensure financial goals
- Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting and refunding security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes
- Overseas maintenance requests, scheduling repairs, and building vendor relationships
- Online Property management Software experience
- Accounting and billing experience
