Mission :

We're looking for a passionate Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join our team and help us get the most out of our real estate assets. In the short term , you'll focus on settling into your role, understanding our specific needs, and getting up to speed with our processes and systems. Over the long term , you'll independently handle financial analyses, scenario planning, and capital planning for the upcoming year. You'll also play a crucial role in any expansions or relocations, providing support on a global scale. Working closely with senior management, you'll help develop and implement strategic plans for property acquisition, disposition, and management-all while leading a team of 3-5 contractors in our lease administration and transaction team.

Objectives :

• Team Leadership : Guide and manage your team of contractors to ensure efficient lease administration and transaction processes.
• Portfolio Oversight : Oversee the performance of our commercial properties and data centers, monitoring financial metrics and staying attuned to market trends.
• Strategic Development : Craft and execute plans for property transactions and asset management, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Financial Expertise : Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling; prepare insightful reports for senior management.
• Market Insight : Keep yourself informed about market conditions and trends, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
• Tenant Relationships : Build strong relationships with tenants, address their concerns, and oversee lease agreements.
• Vendor Coordination : Work closely with contractors and service providers to ensure our properties are well-maintained and operations run smoothly.
• Regulatory Compliance : Make sure all properties comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
