Commercial Roofing Estimator
Actively working with a reputable commercial roofing company looking to add an Estimator to their team. If you are looking for a chance to get in on one of the most stable roofing companies out there as an Estimator look no further.
Estimator Duties :
- Coordinate meetings for up to date labor figures
- Review estimates with management
- Estimate a variety of commercial roofs; TPO, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and More
- Coordinate turnovers to the operations department.
- Create proposals with accurate scopes of work
- Have the ability to make site visits and decipher what type of roof systems are currently installed
