Job description

Remx is seeking a Customer Care Rep on behalf of our global logistics client.

Temp to hire opportunity, with growth potential.

100% on-site

8 : 30AM-5PM, M-F

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accurately invoice and verify accounts in a timely manner.
  • Ensure inbound receipts are correct and properly documented.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
  • Generate customer reports upon request (e.g., weekly / monthly late or billing reports).
  • Coordinate product availability and daily shift schedules with the warehouse team.
  • Work closely with Operations to fulfill special client requests and expedite orders when necessary.
  • Act as the first point of contact for resolving customer issues.
  • Maintain and organize documentation systematically for easy access and reference.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bilingual Spanish / English
  • Experience in logistics industry strongly preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency may be required).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer applications.
  • Ability to lift at least 20 lbs. (9 kg), with weight requirements varying by facility
