Strong analytical skills and experience in reporting, preferably within the multifamily sector. Proficiency in Excel and Tableau. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience specifically in multifamily loan underwriting is highly desirable. Familiarity with risk assessment processes related to multifamily housing.
Job Overview : We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Risk Assessment and Reporting Analyst, focusing on the multifamily sector. This role involves collaborating with various teams to support and enhance our risk analysis and reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review lender-generated narratives to identify and address any biases.
- Track submissions and AI application results, investigating any potential biases in data.
- Follow up with lenders to provide necessary training and support.
- Assist in ongoing risk analysis and management projects.
- Prepare reports using Excel and Tableau, ensuring accurate and insightful data presentation.
